Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I returned the device unused shortly after I bought it, as I realized I would not likely need it. But because I activated it, I would get less of a refund, plus I had to pay for the return postage. When they received it they said because I didn’t send the cardboard it came in back that I would not get any refund and accused me of not including the charger. Absolute disgrace. Avoid at all costs.

I have 2 Watches and one device with…

I have 2 Watches and one device with valid subscriptions that are not working not updating their position.
Not reliable devices.
Don’t expect to get fast reply from the company I am still waiting to receive a response or to fix the problem.

Good luck with returns and refunds

I purchased this device so I could keep track of my father who has dementia and has been known to wander. I followed all the directions for set up and the device did power on briefly during the initial charging, and also after taking it outside to activate the gps, After that it turned off and never powered on again. I decided I was not interested in a replacement and called to initiate a return. The representative spent the entire phone call trying to get me to keep the product and suggesting over and over that I try all the steps again. When I finally was emailed the return label, I sent the product back only to have it returned weeks later because the label had an incomplete address. This has dragged on for months and they don’t respond to my emails requesting a complete and valid return label. This is not a company with a quality product and the customer service is poor. I just hope I can get my money back from them before they disappear.

Just have tried to cancel my yearly plan für two 2G-tracking devices, thats only possible by starting a request on the webside - which was working fine, request was answered inbetween 2 days. They provided me a replacement for the devices (60$ each, payed per invoice on paypal) and wanted to provide me a tracking link for shipping. This should be provided 8 dsys ago, but the friendly service dissapeared: no reaction any more to any mail request. If I would not have two working devices (dont know how long it will be) I would call them unserious bussiness only stealing money without delivering devices.

Device is very patchy, not worth buying.

Device is very patchy. Sometimes works, most times doesn't. Support provided worthless help and I just gave up on this trash device.

I have had trackimo for 1 year

I have had trackimo for 1 year and have been very happy with the tracker I tried to renew my subscription but the renew link did not work no matter what browser I used. I have been emailing support explaining my predicament for the last two weeks with no reply but my perseverance eventually paid I found a chat bar on the website and within 15 mins I was up and running.

for the first year i was very happy…

for the first year i was very happy with the device ( i have 7 devices ) 6 are hooked up ---- after i renewed 2 devices they stopped working properly and made at least 22 calls to get one of them to work but failed and they do not work -- needless to say that i'm very unhappy with trackimo and will try to get a refund ( l.o.l. like that will not happen ) == i'm done with them and don't expect to be using them again --- ever -- i do not recommend them at all -- 17 dec 2020 now about 80 calls later still not happy -- friendly service - very polite -- but still not working right -- no real returns on e-mails that i have sent a few days ago ==finally today ( 21 dec 2020 ) on the phone for 90 mins and they promised me that they would call back at 2 pm today ( 2.30 still no call back ) -- called again and someone else picks up ( told them the problem and assured me e will fix it ) give me 2 mins to fix the problem ( on hold for 20 mins ) i hung up and called again ( lynn picks up the phone ) she was the first one to fix my trackimo problem and in about 5 mins -- ( she is the only one that seems to be confident ) my hat off to her ( done great ) -- from what i see most are useless that work for the company ( very friendly but useless ) -- still no reply on the e-mails i sent last week --
